Our 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments range from $1,960 to $2,175. You can choose between an apartment with a den or a balcony. 2 bedroom/2 bath units range from $2,400 to $2,500 with a balcony. Finally, our 3 bed/3 bath units are priced between $2,900 and $3,300.
We also offer the following discounts:
- Law Enforcement – 3% Discount
- Military & First Responders – ½ Off Amenities Fee
- First Responders to include: EMTs, Firefighter, Paramedics, & Nurses (RN)
- Seniors – $20 a Month Discount (over 65 years old)
