Meet Your Community Team

Mandy Nunez is the Property Manager at Rosewick Apartments and has been a part of the Rosewick community since November 2024. She brings a strong background in customer service and corporate expertise, approaching property management with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her residents and community. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her dog Goose, being with her big Latin family, prioritizing self-care, and spending her summers at the beach or pool side with her friends.

Jada is the Assistant Property Manager at Rosewick Apartments and has been a part of the Rosewick community since April 2026. Born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland, she graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. Jada brings a strong background in customer service and is passionate about helping others. She enjoys meeting new people, building meaningful connections, and creating positive experiences for residents and prospects. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, shopping, making the most of summertime, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Barria is a Leasing Consultant and Office Administrator at Rosewick Apartments who is passionate about creating a positive experience for residents and prospects alike. With a background in real estate, she enjoys helping people find the perfect place to call home and building meaningful connections within the community. In her free time, Barria enjoys reading thriller/fantasy books, gaming, and spending quality time with family and friends.

George has been with Rosewick Apartments from the beginning, maintaining the buildings and grounds since November 2024. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing, gardening, and working on cars. And most of all he enjoys working with his coworkers. They are like an extended family.

Born and raised in Washington, DC, he resides in Waldorf, Maryland, with his wife, Renee, of 30 years. Family is at the center of his life—He’s a proud father of two adult children, Erick and Brittney, and a joyful grandfather to his granddaughter, Rayne. Derrik values strong connections with his community in Brentwood and his church family at Alfred Street Baptist Church. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and grilling, watching classic film noir movies, and following sports—especially cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and staying engaged with boxing. Professionally, he’s proud to be part of the team at Rosewick, where he serves as a maintenance technician with a genuine heart for service and helping others.

Joshua is a groundskeeper at Rosewick Apartments. Keeping things sanitized and safe is the name of his game. Speaking of games from video games to football is how he likes to spend his time, and if not, you might catch him on a grill somewhere. Go Boys!
