We were displaced from our forever home by a fire and came to the Rosewick to find a place to call home as we focus on healing. The team here has been nothing short of AMAZING. Our daughter’s belongings were destroyed in the fire and the day we moved in we were met with everything Barbie to ensure that she felt at home. The staff here rallied around us and got the residents involved to make us feel so welcomed. The idea of what the entire team did brings me to tears because it was so kind.

We've really enjoyed living at Rosewick Apartments! The place is super modern and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful — any time I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to respond. The amenities are what really make it feel like home. There’s a great pool, a nice fitness center, pool table, and even a conference room if you work from home like I do. Outside, they’ve got a bar-style lounge area with TVs and grills — perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. Also, if you have pets, this place is super pet-friendly! There’s a little dog play area and even a grooming station, which is so convenient.

I wanted to take a moment to personally express how happy and proud I am to live at Rosewick, especially under the leadership of such an outstanding team. No matter the time of day whether during business hours, off the clock, walking the community, or hosting the many thoughtful events for residents you are always approachable, positive, and willing to address any concerns. I also want to extend a sincere thank you to the maintenance staff. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and so much of the comfort and joy my family experiences here is because of the care you put into this community every day.
